SECRETARY
A position for a Secretary has become available to assist with the day-to-day running of the company and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
Role:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Answering and referring enquiries.
- Maintains telephone system by following Records Doctor’s instructions for phone and console operations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain stationary and refreshmentorder systems efficiently.
- Maintain data system within the internal database on a daily basis.
