PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)

A position for a Personal Assistant has become available to assist the executive management team with the day to day running of the company.

Ideally the candidate must have at least 3 years experience.

Role:

  • Assist the executive team in delivering their work  priorities, anicipating challenges and handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Diary and task list management for the executive team.
  • Maintaining corporate database.
  • Maintaining comprehensive filing system of hard copy documentation.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Coordinating booking of business travel and accommodation, room booking, catering and equipment for meetings and events.
  • Coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Ensuring agendas and papers are circulated in advance of meetings, attending meetings, taking minutes, circulating minutes and actions for follow up.

Requirements 

  • Ideally 3 level education
  • Experience as an assistant or administrator and able to juggle priorities and a variety of stakeholders in a demanding environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Problem solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent IT skills on PC.
  • Language skills would be an advantage.
