SECRETARY

A position for a Secretary has become available to assist with the day-to-day running of the company and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.

Role:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
  • Answering and referring enquiries.
  • Maintains telephone system by following Records Doctor’s instructions for phone and console operations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain stationary and refreshmentorder systems efficiently.
  • Maintain data system within the internal database on a daily basis.
